Some Christian prayers got into my blog. They are good. In fact Muslims can use them as well with modification of course.

Christian:You can choose to ask Jesus Christ to forgive your sins and comes in your life as your Lord and savior
Islam: You can choose to ask God to forgive your sins and comes in your life as your Lord and Savior
Christians: Lord Jesus I believe you are the son of God
Islam: O Prophet, I do not believe you are the son of God
Christian:Reaching out to God is only possible through Jesus Christ
Islam: Reaching out to God is possible 24 hours a day without having to go through Jesus Christ
Christian: Jesus can forgive sins
Islam: Only God can forgive sins
