Was Jesus a Christian?

(This not an anti-Christian site. I am sorry if anybody gets upset with what I write)

If Jesus Christ were to come back to Earth tomorrow, he would not respond when a reporter addresses him as Mr.Christ. This is because his given name at birth was Isa and not Jesus Christ. You may say that his name has been Hellenized (Greek) or Latinized, and so the change in name does not matter very much. OK fine. Suppose the Pope asks Isa / Jesus to give s short talk on Christianity, to a crowd at Vatican, he would be at a loss because there was no religion of such name during his life time.

The next important question is Isa / Jesus a Christian? I think No because his mission was not to form a new religion but to revive the Torah given to Moses. Incidently Muhammad's mission was also the same and that is to revive the Torah and the Gospel because parts of the contents of these holy books bear evidence of human hand

The sad thing is that two billion Christians worship Isa / Jesus who was not even a Christian himself
